【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardgivesthetechnicaldeliveryrequirementsfor:semi-finishedproducts,hotformed,forexampleblooms,billets,slabs(seeNOTE2andNOTE3),bars(seeNOTE2),rod,wideflats,quartoplates,hot-rolledsheet/plateandstrip,hammeranddropforgings(seeNOTE2),manufacturedfromthecasehardeningnonalloyedoralloyedsteels(seeNOTE4)listedinTable3andsup-pliedinoneoftheheattreatmentconditionsgivenforthedifferenttypesofproductsinTable1,lines2to7andinoneofthesurfaceconditionsgiveninTable2.Thesteelsareingeneralintendedforthefabricationofcase-hardened(seeClause3)machineparts.NOTEIEuropeanStandardsrelatingtosteelscomplyingwiththerequirementsforthechemicalcompositioninTa-ble3butwhicharesuppliedinotherproductformsortreatmentconditionsthangivenaboveorareintendedforspecialapplications,andEuropeanStandardsforsimilarsteelgradesarelistedintheBibliography.NOTE2Hammer-forgedsemi-finishedproducts(blooms,billets,slabs,etc.),seamlessrolledringsandhammer-forgedbarsareincludedundersemi-finishedproductsorbarsandnotundertheterm"hammeranddropforgings".NOTE3Specialagreementsshallbemadewhenorderingnon-deformedcontinuouslycastsemi-finishedproducts.NOTE4InaccordancewithEN10020,thesteelscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardarespecialsteels.1.2Inspecialcasesvariationsinthesetechnicaldeliveryrequirementsoradditionstothemmayformthesubjectofanagreementatthetimeofenquiryandorder(seeAnnexA).1.3InadditiontothespecificationsofthisEuropeanStandard,thegeneraltechnicaldeliveryrequirementsofEN10021areapplicable,unlessotherwisespecified.
