【摘要】:Theappearanceofthevariousdegreesofdryandwetabrasiveblastcleaning,handandpowertoolcleaningandwaterjettingareinfluencedbytheinitialrustgradesofthesteelbeingcleanedand/orthetypeandconditionofthecoatingontheexistingsteel.Thestandardsandguidesaidvisuallyinjudgingandevaluatingthedegreeofrustingand/orpaintdeteriorationbeforecleaningandthedegreeofcleaningofsteelsurfacespriortopainting.Fivemethodshaveevolvedbecauseofdifferencesinthepracticeofusingvisualstandardsandguidesthroughouttheworld,andthemethodofsurfacepreparationemployed.InEurope,thevisualstandards(MethodA)areusedastheprimarymeansofassessingthedegreeofcleaning.IntheUS,theSSPCwrittendefinitionstakeprecedencewiththevisualguidesandreferencephotographsusedasasupplement.ThevisualguidesandreferencephotographsofMethodsB,C,andDconformtotheSSPCwrittendefinitions.TherearenowrittendefinitionsforMethodE.1.1Thevisualsurfacepreparationstandardsconsistofaseriesofcolorprintsavailableasseparatepublications.Fivedifferentsetsofphotographsaredescribedinthisstandard,designatedasMethodA(ISO/SwedishStandard)andMethodsBthroughE(SSPCGuidesandReferencePhotographs).Themethodsdifferinthedepictionoftheinitialsurface,inthedefinitionanddepictionofthecleaningconditions,andinthenumberofcleaningmethodsincluded.Becauseofthesedifferences,thespecifiershouldstatewhichmethodtouse.1.2Thecoloredvisualsurfacepreparationstandardsrepresentdifferentconditionsofhotrolledcarbonsteelbeforeandaftersurfacepreparation.Priortocleaning,therearefourrustgrades,AtoD,thatcovertherangefromintactmillscaleto100%rustedandpittedsteel.Thestandardsthendepicttheappearanceoftheinitialconditionsaftercleaningbyoneormoremethods(forexample,dryabrasiveblastcleaning)tovariousdegreesofthoroughness.Inaddition,MethodBincludesthreepaintedconditionsthatcontainvariousdegreesofdeterioration.TheGuidedepictstheseconditionsaftervariousdegreesofdryabrasiveblastcleaning.MethodCincludesfourrustgradesandthreepaintedconditionsthatcontainvariousdegreesofdeterioration.TheGuidedepictstheseconditionsaftervariousdegreesofhandandpowertoolcleaning.MethodDincludestworustgradesandfourpaintedconditionsthatcontainvariousdegreesofdeterioration.TheGuidedepictstheseconditionsaftervariousdegreesofwaterjetting,withthreelevelsofflashrusting.MethodEincludestworustgrades.TheGuidedepictstheseconditionsaftervariousdegreesofwetabrasiveblastcleaning,withthreelevelsofflashrusting.
